- Resolved a crash in the reports when the results contained certain data
- Resolved an issue with a saved search if you use Contact in the Criteria field and enter a name that has an apostrophe
- Added additional database auditing for situations when the database tables are accessed directly
- Resolved a display issue with the configuration of a reassign action of a workflow rule, that appeared to reset the assignee to the first in the list
- Resolved an issue that would cause a change to the Name of a Problem not to be correctly reflected in some areas of the User Interface
- Fixed an Error with the "Change requests closed this month" and "Change requests closed this week" Dashboard reports
- Fixed an issue with customer data text area?s only displaying one line of text
- Fixed an issue with an error being displayed when trying to display templates when adding details to an item
- Fixed and issue with the Active Directory Sync that could cause users not to be synchronised if they existed in a department that had previously been deleted
- Resolved an issue that caused the Remote control not to function corrected from Internet Explorer 11
